VACCINES:
Be aware that visitors in Brazil are expected to have the yellow fever vaccine taken at least 10 days prior to arrival. For specific information please refer to your own countries’ equivalent to Minister of Health and the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (see below).
VISA:
[! UPDATE ! ] Visas exemption for citizens of Australia, Canada and the USA visiting Brazil postponed until April 10th.
The Organizing Team can provide an invitation letter confirming the IPSERA Conference 2023 as “Credibility and traceability of the travel purpose to Brazil” for registered participants for the IPSERA Conference 2024 dates – March 24th to 27th 2024.
Please note that this is only possible for registered conference participants. Please contact Renata Lira Abreu (ipsera2024@ipsera.com) to obtain an invitation letter once you have successfully registered for the conference.
Please note as well that IPSERA Conference cannot assist with the formalities of obtaining a visa beyond issuing an invitation letter (like confirmation of accommodation, return travel, health insurance, etc.).
